2. While making prayer for bail, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47454 of 2024, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of a period of one year in custody. The stipulated period has elapsed.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
