JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471,419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant's brother (petitioner no. 1 Wakil Mian) and petitioner no. 2 Amin Mian executed sale deeds in favour of their son (petitioner no. 3 Md. Nasir) and daughter in law (petitioner no. 4 Razia Khatoon). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23223 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 that the petitioners have sold their own share of property. Title suit No. 168 of 2015 is pending between the parties. Considering the accusation levelled in the background of title dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
