Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.14 of 2018 registered under Sections 341/323/337/379/307/504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of dispute with regard to construction of projection in the roof, there was dispute, both sides quarreled, there is case and counter case between the parties and the allegation is that two persons indiscriminately assaulted the informant and his brother but there is no injury to his brother and the sole injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature, besides
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39079 of 2018(3) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 this, the son of the petitioner sustained grievous injury. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Yogendra Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.14 of 2018.
