The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case is under Section 304(B) and the allegations are against all the members of having killed the lady and disposed of the dead body.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations which are of serious, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
