JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the victim girl Ruchi Kumari was married with Arun Kumar on 2.3.2014. Thereafter one katha of land by way of dowry was demanded by the accused persons named in the FIR and one fine morning, a telephone call came from Bua of the victim girl and the informant rushed to the matrimonial home of the daughter and found petitioner along with other family members missing and there was sign of burnt saree inside the house and dead body was concealed. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Further it is submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26285 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no concerned with the mess and property of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,Danapur, District- Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No. 516 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
