JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No.599 of 2018, arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, for the offence under Section 272 & 273 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2018 in connection with seizure of 6.10 litrres of liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40218 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No.599 of 2018 (Dagarua P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018).
