The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P. S. Case No.03 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of the offence as also other facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, who is in custody since 06.01.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P. S. Case No.03 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15896 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
