2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 and 3, vide order dated 10.02.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 208 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 385, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 are not co-operating the Trial Court. Hence, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17200 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the learned Trial Court, if O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 continue to non-cooperation.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
