The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 400, 401, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the secret information received by the informant police official, several raids were conducted in different parts of District Rohtas and stolen and looted mobiles and motorcycles were recovered and seized by the informant. Name of petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by one Kallu Khan @ Firoz Khan and he has stated that he had received the mobile from the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40261 of 2018(2) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 except that there is no other incriminating materials against the petitioner. It has been further submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2018.
