Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report and it appears that during course of the investigation, one co-accused Vikas Kumar also named the petitioner. The aforesaid co-accused Vikas Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 08.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13778 of 2018.

No doubt, petitioner carries some criminal antecedent but taking note of this fact that no specific overt act has

Case No. 407 of 2017.
