JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner had misappropriated the rice which has been estimated as Rs.89,86,424.34 paise and further, considering the precedent whereupon petitioners of other cases were granted bail by the other Benches on depositing of 25% of misappropriated amount, petitioner was also allowed to avail vide order dated 07.07.2015 under Cr. Misc. No.22981 of 2015 with a further direction to deposit Rs.50,000/- as first installment on the date of surrender and further the remaining amount, as agreed, was to be deposited within ten months.

Now the petitioner on the ground, so enumerated in the petition has prayed for further extension of six months of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22875 of 2016 (2) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 time whereunder remaining amount is to be deposited at his end as well as extension of period of provisional bail which he has been directed to avail.

Considering the submission, petitioner is allowed to avail the privilege for six months only from today. No further extension will be made in favor of petitioner on any score.
