JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Amdabad PS Case No. 34 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code (later on Section 302 IPC). Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for more than one year. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year and has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The
