2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals. The petitioner's name has come in the confession of a co-accused Amal Yadav. Learned counsel further submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9685 of 2024 has granted regular bail to the similarly situated co-accused namely, Uma Yadav.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22889 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Class, Bagaha (West Champaran)/ concerned Court in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
