JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018 arising out of Excise Case No. 149 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 102.4 liters of liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 28.07.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, in connection with
