The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2018. In Para-10 the petitioner has stated on oath that wife has already married with another man and she has been blessed with two daughters from that person and she is not doing pairvi before

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Tr. No.914 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No.3240 of 2012, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
