2. At the very outset, it is noticed that the claim of the petitioner relates to the year 1982-83 but the petitioner has not disclosed any reason for the delay in approaching this Court in the year 2012, save and accept the representation dated 24.02.2011 said to have been filed before the respondent no. 5.

3. Having regard to the delay, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the petitioner is clearly pursuing a stale claim.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
