Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 353, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 314 of 2016.

The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition filed by Laleshwar Prasad Singh. He alleges

The accused persons made hindrance in her teaching work and they also misbehaved with her. On the day of occurrence, they misbehaved with her, tore her clothes and threw the papers/documents. They also locked the school. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the brother-in-law of petitioner no.1 had lodged Barachatti P.S.Case No. 203 of 2016 prior to 18 days of the present FIR against the wife of the informant as she had sold the midday meal in black market and due to vendetta the present FIR has been lodged. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 314 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
