To direct the respondent authorities to make sufficient, adequate and satisfactory payment of compensation, in lieu of death of the father of the petitioner, due to (Nuxal) Militant mass murder, along with compound interest on delayed payment alongwith Government Service to the petitioner with immediate effect, as per the Rule of Bihar

II. To provide compound interest on delayed payment.

III. To impose heavy cost upon erring authorities."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Home(Special) Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
