"A. For issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 or the respondents concerned to pay Mandeya (Honorarium) to the petitioner with effect from November, 2017 against her appointment on the post Secretary, Gram Katchahry at Bhanial Lodipur situated in Village-Bhanail under the Akbarpur Block of the District of Nawada.

B. For grant of any other relief/s which Your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant Case."

Undisputedely, petitioner has not approached the 4th respondent in demanding honorarium with effect from November,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6612 of 2020 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 2017 with reference to petitioner's appointment to the post of Secretary, Gram Katchahry at Bhanail, Lodipur. The petitioner is at liberty to submit the representation in demanding honorarium from November, 2017 till date and request for continue to pay the honorarium. If such, a representation is submitted within a period of eight weeks from today.

The 4th respondent is hereby directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and disburse the honorarium, failing which the interest @ 6% shall be paid by the 4th respondent from his pocket not from the Department/State Government.
