ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Sections 364, 302, 201/34 I.P.C. were also added. The case is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

Considering the fact that the dead body of the victim girl was recovered and the allegation against the petitioner is that he had earlier threatened to kidnap the daughter of informant, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
