3. It has been informed to this Court that the grievance of the petitioner with respect to payment of 12.5 % interest accrued on GPF to the tune of Rs. 32,235/- has already been made and in this respect a counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 and 5.
