2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 19.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68517 of 2023 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant in the trial.

4. The informant namely Raghubar Singh has been declared hostile in the trial.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19350 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IIIrd at Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 362 of 2023 arising out of Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
