Case No.53 of 2013, has become infructuous inasmuch as the police, on completion of investigation, have already submitted charge-sheet.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.

It goes without saying that the petitioners, abovenamed, shall be at liberty to take all such plea, as has been taken in the present application, at appropriate stage of framing of charge or any subsequent stage of trial, as may be permissible to the petitioners in accordance with law.
