Heard Shri Amit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Abhay Singh, learned Senior Counsel, for the informant and the APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in which cognizance under section 409 IPC has been taken.

It is submitted that the petitioner moved for quashing of the order dated 14.8.2013 by which cognizance has been taken but the same order is stayed by order dated 17.10.20144 passed in Cr.Maisc.No.34046 of 2014. In view of the fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this court again, if necessary, after disposal of Cr.Misc.No.34046 of 2014. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
