The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case no. 112 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol, a live cartridge and stolen motorcycle are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. As a matter of fact, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to some hot exchange of words between the petitioner and the police over

Regarding the seizure of the motorcycle an another case has been filed against the petitioner and the petitioner has been enlarged on bail in that case. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 29.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XII, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case no. 112 of 2017. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
