The petitioner has filed this petition to direct respondents to pay Rs. 2,74,500/- along with interest in view of the Family Welfare Scheme floated by the Government. According to him, despite representation, no decision has been taken till now. He has placed reliance on judgment in LPA No. 833 of 2018 (The State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. M/s Alok Surgical

Patna High Court CWJC No.14809 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 Hospital @ Surya Clinic) and analogous cases disposed off on 25.02.2019.

We dispose off the writ petition with a direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali within three weeks from today, he shall take a decision thereon within three weeks thereafter. If any amount is found due to the petitioner, it shall be paid forthwith keeping in mind the judgment in LPA No. 833 of 2018 (supra).
