Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in course of the day, he will take all necessary steps to change the name of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in I.A. No. 01 of 2024.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner has died leaving behind his legal heirs incorporated in paragraph 2 and as such, the substitution petition.

3. Learned State Counsel has no objection.

4. In view of the statement made in paragraph 2, I.A.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 8656 of 2016(3) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 No. 01 of 2024 stands allowed.

5. Let the heirs of sole petitioner be incorporated as petitioner no. 2 onwards.

The present petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the concerned respondent to award/give compensation to the petitioner in respect of plot no 1453 measuring an area 647 square meter which has been acquired by the Government for developing of 6th lane Road.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of their grievance.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of granting such liberty.
