The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garakha P.S. Case No.204 of 2017, a case under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The only material is confessional statement of co-accused before police, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
