Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2018 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused, having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.28204 of 2018 and the case of the petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the last four months.

No.40637 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIth, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S.
