Petitioner, who retired from the post of Headmaster from Chiroura High School, Patna on 31.01.2018, has preferred this writ application for recalculating the G.P.F. amount taking into account the deposited amount from October, 1985 to February, 1986 amounting to Rs. 1641/-, statutory interest on deposited

Patna High Court CWJC No.6471 of 2019 dt.03-04-2019 2/2 amount from July 1985 to February, 1999 and up-to-date statutory interest from February, 2018 till the date of payment.

3. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let petitioner file a detailed representation before Respondent No. 5, the District Provident Fund Officer, Collectorate, Patna detailing his remaining dues, which will be considered and disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner will be paid within one month thereafter with admissible statutory interest. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
