The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitmarhi P.S. Case No.1032 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 45 litres of illicit liquor has been made behind the house of the petitioner for which petitioner's father having similar antecedent was arrested. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
