The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.04 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

The injury sustained by the victim has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
