25-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner has not named in the First Information Report, it is against unknown person, in the recovery of dead body of the husband of the informant whose dead body was found near Naulakha Airport. It is, subsequently, upon the statement of coaccused, petitioner has been dragged into the present case. There is no material against the petitioner. Even

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Ashish Kumar @ Nitesh Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
