1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite his best endeavours, he could not seek instruction in the matter from the petitioners nor the petitioners ever tried to contact him.

3. The learned APP for the State submits that from perusal of the order, it would manifest that this Court had directed the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within 9 months by order dated 08.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33260 of 2017.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50909 of 2017(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2

4. Since the learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to apprise the Court with regard to the stage of the case, as such, the court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.

6. However, the petitioners are not denuded of raising all issues at an appropriate stage in the trial. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
