The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 (CIS) arising out of Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 3.1 kg. Ganja and one empty cartridge of .22 bore, one empty magazine of pistol, one loaded pistol and four live cartridges, one loaded magazine and nine empty magazine were recovered from the house and shop of the petitioner.

No.16002 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gaya in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 (CIS) arising out of Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018.
