2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. One Chhotu Kumar Yadav is said to have assaulted the victim. The deceased died after about one month to the occurrence while undergoing treatment. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner
