2. It transpires to this Court that on 27.11.2024 despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On 08.07.2025, when again there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned by way of last indulgence, with a clear observation that appropriate orders shall be passed in case of further non-appearance.
