Petitioner is accused in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Jawahar Prasad Yadav, has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36507 of 2018 on 02.07.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
