Patna High Court CWJC No.8662 of 2021(6) dt.11-03-2022 3/3 in view of the fact that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, has become functional with the appointment of Presiding Officer. Since this Court's order dated 09.02.2022, whereby the petitioners were permitted to deposit 20% of the claimed amount within a period of one month, has not been complied with, the interim protection granted to them by the said order stands vacated.
These applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought.
