Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 17.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23537 of 2017, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has not been framed in this case as no sanction order has been received.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, the learned trial court shall see that the charge is framed in this case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months. It is also made clear that once the charge is framed in this case, the learned trail court shall

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63672 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 release the petitioner to his own satisfaction on filing an undertaking that he will appear as and when required by the court concerned and failing to appear on any date without any cogent reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
