Six gram of heroin alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner while from the remaining, different quantity of heroin has been recovered and seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 15-10-2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Bhuwar Singh @ Sanjay Singh @ Sanjay Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned I/c Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
