This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the FIR of Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017 registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

WJC No.931 of 2019(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners Shri Vijay Kumar Singh and learned counsel for the informant Shri Kumar Kaushik jointly submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and they have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed. In Support of the compromise Mr. Kumar Kaushik has produced a copy of the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by the District Forum, Patna in Complaint Case No. 458 of 2017.
