JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 25-08-2025 The Superintendent of Police, Saharsa has written a letter dated 17.7.2025 to this Court, wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the aforesaid appeal, namely Rajendra Mahto @ Rajendra Mehta has died 20 years back and in proof thereof, a certificate, issued by the Sarpanch, Gram Kachahari-Mharas, Block-Banma-Ithari (Saharsa), dated 11.7.2025 has been annexed, wherein also it has been stated that the aforesaid appellant has died about 20 years back. 2.

We have no reasons to disbelieve the aforesaid factum of the appellant, having died during the pendency of the present
