JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard the parties.

The petitioner is the wife of opposite party No. 2, who has filed Complaint Case No. 935C of 2011, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai. The

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.684 of 2014 (4) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 offence alleged is punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that opposite party No. 2 was granted bail by the learned court below, which was subsequently cancelled by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai, vide an order dated 27.01.2014. The said order, dated 27.01.2014, was challenged by the petitioner, which has been allowed by the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai, vide an order, dated 16.06.2014, passed in Cr. Revision No. 139 of 2014. This criminal revision application, under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed against the said order, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai, dated 16.06.2014.

Considering the nature of dispute, I am not inclined to entertain this criminal revision application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
