The petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2018 in connection with Special Case No. 4844 of 2018 arising out of Rail Danapur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners are in custody in connection with seizure of 35 Kg. each Mahua flower. He submits that petitioner are in custody since 23.05.2018.
