3. From the record, it transpires that prayer for quashing of the order dated 15.04.2009 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda taking cognizance and summoning the petitioner under Section 498(A)/34 I.P.C.

4. Apparently since the stage of the trial has already changed, this petition has become infructuous.
