Petitioner is accused in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 504 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity and personal grudge. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018 and has no criminal antecedent.
