Petitioners seek bail in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, the victim girl namely Menka Kumari in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has stated that she had gone on her own will with Md. Jubair and has done court marriage with him and he is innocent. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are languishing in custody since 01.03.2018.

Case No. 26 of 2018.
