The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.453 of 2018 arising out of Andhramath P.S. Case No.44 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the materials collected in course of investigation coupled with the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, as stated in para 3 of the application, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected.

In case, the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within nine months from the date of receipt of copy of the order,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16445 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail first before the court below itself.
