The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 362 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the complaint, submission advanced at the Bar and the pleadings made in the application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
